Who do you work with?
designJam is a solo design studio for founders, consultants and modern brands. Working with a limited number of clients keeps each site intentional, distinct and strategically aligned.
How long does it take for a completely new website?
A focused Launch Week can produce a new website in less than five days. Fully custom work takes longer and can range from $6,000 to $20,000 depending on the request.
Who designs the sites?
You work directly with the founder. Specialist designers may join for advanced animation and custom illustration.
Do I need the $97/month plan?
Yes, except for nonprofits. It bundles hosting, tools, licenses and security monitoring, with unlimited edits and dedicated support.
How much does a website cost?
Launch plans begin with Solo Jam at $97/month. Starter Jam adds a $900 setup fee and Pro Jam a $2,500 setup fee.
Will you update my site & blog?
Yes. Send content over and designJam will make sure it fits the site. Updates are typically implemented within 72 hours or less.
How do you build sites so fast?
The process starts with proven mobile-friendly foundations and adapts them thoughtfully to the business, rather than starting from a blank screen every time.
What happens if my website goes down?
Downtime does not mean your data is lost. designJam diagnoses the issue and works to restore service quickly.
How will we communicate?
Clients can share requests through Trello, Google Docs, or a Loom video. If it can be linked or shared in Trello, it works.
Do you provide support after launch?
Yes. Ongoing support covers maintenance, updates, troubleshooting and improvements.
I built my own website. Why bring in DesignJam?
What design work do you not cover?
DesignJam does not support 3D modelling, animated graphics such as GIFs, document design, complex packaging, extensive print design or Adobe InDesign projects.
